SHIPPING

CANADA AND UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. You can expect your package to arrive 4-8 business days after purchase.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post, USPS and UPS. 

If you prefer faster shipping, you have an option to expedite your order with some added cost to it. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Besides Canada and the USA, we ship to the European Union ("International Shipping"). International shipping is not free, but we make it easy to choose the best rate and delivery options at checkout. In addition, you might have to pay customs and import fees at the time of pickup. 

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country.

Lulo Skin is not responsible for the cost of import duties or customs.

RETURNS

We want you to love your new skincare routine, If you are not 100% satisfied with your Lulo Skin purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse the refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used. 

To process your return, please send an email to hola@luloskin.com within 30 days of your purchase, providing the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Reason for return

We will provide a return authorization number and mailing information, we will pay the return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We don’t accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

REFUND

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned product back. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send an email to hola@luloskin.com within three days of the delivery, wth the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number if purchased at www.luloskin.com)
  • Item(s) you need to exchange
  • Reason for the exchange and pictures

If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product, please send an email to hola@luloskin.com. Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.

ORDER ISSUES

Problems with orders (incorrect items/ short ships) must be reported within three days of delivery.

If your package does not arrive within 14 days of your purchase, please email hola@luloskin.com so we can process your claim.

SALE ITEMS

Only full-priced items may be refunded. We do not issue refunds on products on sale. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We only accept returns or refunds for sales in Canada and USA. We don’t accept returns or refunds for international customers (all sales outside of US and  Canada are final).
