What Is Face Yoga? Face Yoga consists of a series of exercises that you can do to train your facial muscles through postures and facial expressions that will improve your facial tone and diminish expression lines and flaccidity. It is a non-invasive practice and a natural alternative to Botox or surgery. 
  2. What Are The Benefits of Practicing Face Yoga? You will get a more defined face, cheeks, and neck; you will have a more symmetrical face, diminish droopiness, and reduce wrinkles and fine lines. You can remove years off your appearance by tightening and toning the muscles of your face. Best of all, it’s 100% natural and you can practice from the comfort of your home.
  3. When Will I See Results? Most people notice the results in as little as two weeks of continued practice. Your results will increase over time if you practice just 20 minutes a day.  
  4. Can I Practice Face Yoga If I Have Botox? Yes, however, it is not recommended to perform facial exercises for 14 days after Botox. After this period you may begin facial exercises. Keep in mind that Botox suppresses the movement of facial muscles, so you may find it difficult to control each pose and enjoy the full range of benefits. If you’ve had, or are planning, facial procedures we recommend consulting your doctor for specific advice on when it’s safe to begin your Face Yoga program again.
